Logan Heights Family Health Center: Accepted Insurance Plans
We work with many insurance providers to help our community. Our network has major carriers such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, and most commercial insurance plans.
We collaborate with leading providers like BlueCross BlueShield, United Health, Aetna, and Cigna. We help patients check their coverage and benefits before their visit instead of turning them away.
Medi-Cal members can access expanded coverage options. Since January 2020, full coverage Medi-Cal services are available to young adults between the ages of 19 to 26. This applies to all eligible individuals, whatever their legal residency status might be.
Self-Pay Rates
We use a sliding fee scale based on family size and income for patients without insurance coverage. Self-pay visits typically cost between $100-250, based on the service type needed. Additional costs may apply for services like laboratory tests, x-rays, or medications.
We believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare. No patient will be turned away because they cannot pay. We offer:
- Sliding scale payment options based on income and family size
- Assistance in enrolling for free or low-cost insurance programs
- Help with Medi-Cal and Covered California enrollment
- Flexible payment arrangements
The core team can guide you through the enrollment process for various insurance programs, including Covered California and Medi-Cal. This helps you get the maximum benefits available for your healthcare needs.
